1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ABP Through Train (operated by United Science and Education Press), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Manuscript Submission
When submitting manuscripts:
- You warrant that the work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights
- You grant us the right to publish and distribute the work if accepted
- You agree to the peer review process
- You understand that acceptance is not guaranteed
4. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Upon acceptance of your manuscript, you agree to pay the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC). All fees are clearly displayed on the journal page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are only available in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors.
5. Intellectual Property
Published articles are made available under Creative Commons licenses as specified by each journal. Authors retain copyright of their work. The platform content, design, and trademarks remain the property of United Science and Education Press.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Submit plagiarized or fraudulent content
- Manipulate the peer review process
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also request account deletion at any time through your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of user-submitted content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Science and Education Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johor, Malaysia.
